ARTIST STATEMENT: Francisca Pageo was born in Murcia, Spain in 1983. She graduated with a degree in graphic arts printing in 2004, then started working as an editor & photography assistant in Cu-Estudio Creativo, Murcia. Meanwhile, she taught herself photography & other areas of the arts, putting special emphasis on collage. Presently, she works as a visual artist (photography, graphic design, collage...) making posters, album covers, editorial... Also collaborating in diverse international & Spanish art magazines, and participating in exhibitions. 

Her work focuses on human psychology–people, pulsions, intuition, dreams, cotidianity and nature are all recurring themes.
